Goodbye Tabs Pro 1.7, Welcome Tabs Pro 1.8

Oh well, it’s the first week of September which, for most of us, means the end of our summer breaks — the professional’s equivalent of “going back to school.” These past few months have historically been a time for vacations, rest and relaxation with your loved ones.

We know this because the “out of office” auto-reply emails come in waves during the summer months. But with summer coming to an end and kids going back to school, for me, it signals a mental shift that subtly says, “OK, let’s get back to work.”

We already did it and today we’re very happy to announce that we’ve released Tabs Pro 1.8 and is now available for download. So how would it feel to have a DNN tabs module with really modern looking responsive themes?

A DNN tabs module that integrates Google Analytics to track individual pages and Font Awesome icons library for using as tab icons. A DNN tabs module that automatically switch to accordion layout for mobile devices...

...That module is here. And, oh yes, we almost forgot. Thanks to some engineering trickery we’ve also added:

An option to auto scroll to active tab when opening a bookmarked link
Ability to delay initialization of Tabs Pro
Ability to use a different container
And much more

Super cool, is it not?

So What’s NEXT?

If you are already using Tabs Pro and your subscription is still active, you can update to this new version for free. And those who haven’t yet given a try, grab Tabs Pro 1.8.
