Hey there, Action Form fans! We’re back again to share more form-building tricks and best practices with you.
After receiving some cool Action Form tricks in recent weeks, are you still wondering if it is right for you? No worries, doubt is a common "dream killer" that most DNNizens experience. To help erase any doubts, I would like to share a little bit more information about the value Action Form can provide.
Drive Autocomplete Data Into Action Form
As you probably already know, the number of things you can use Action Form for far outnumbers the amount of stars in the Milky Way :-). Today I’ll be showing you just one more cool thing you can do with Action Form. This time we’re going to demonstrate how easily is to drive autocomplete data into Action Form by connecting to an URL to get suggestions.
Even though it will also work with other tools of your choice, we use our APIs builder, DNN API Endpoint to feed the suggestions back to the form.
Don’t waste another second reading this stuff, click play and see how we do it! ^_^
...And there are endless possibilities and applications of using Action Form with DNN API Endpoint to create really elegant solutions to hard, complex problems and workflows.
If you do the social media thing, I'd encourage you to follow us on Twitter and Facebook. We intend to keep people updated on new DNN Sharp stuff (there is lots of cool stuff in the pipeline) but just as importantly, share interesting resources and research through those outlets.
As always, if you have any questions or comments, leave them below. We love to hear from our customers and readers and hope you found this guide useful!
