With the speed that the DNN Sharp team in Iasi has grown, it hit us pretty suddenly – where are we all going to sit? We’d had some great times in our old office – it’s where DNN Sharp grew up and became one of the top vendors in the DNN ecosystem. We’ve planned, designed, executed and celebrated again and again within these walls. But now our office was simply not fit for purpose and we could all feel it.
Now we’ve finally outgrown the place and we moved to a shiny new office in Iasi to accommodate the fast growing team and to better serve our awesome customers.
For the new office to be worth it, we had to get the design right and provide more space – while making sure not to lose the team spirit we had developed. Before we moved in and over the first few days in our new home, I took a few pictures to show you around:
Every area of the new office has been design to reflect our culture and the way we organize around our work.
The office is no longer the de facto place to get work done. It must justify itself by providing an environment that the inhabitants collectively feel is the best possible place to work together. This is a big task – and many offices fail entirely – but after a week at our new place, I’m happy to say, it feels like we nailed it.
We Have Been Known To Party
When we have something really big to celebrate we keep it in house. We’ve had a great party last week to celebrate our success and growth, and to show off our brand new home.
